본 서비스(OH! MY HOLO CARD)를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 귀하는 법적 연령 이상이거나 부모 또는 보호자의 동의를 얻어야 합니다.
- 금지 행위: 타인의 저작권 침해, 서비스 인프라 공격, 비정상적인 데이터 수집 및 자동화 도구 사용 등.
By using this service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age or have parental consent. Prohibited actions include copyright infringement, infrastructure attacks, and unauthorized data collection.
2. 콘텐츠 저작권 및 소유권 (Copyright and Ownership)
귀하가 생성한 카드 콘텐츠의 디자인에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다. 당사는 서비스 운영 및 홍보를 위해 귀하의 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있는 비독점적 권리를 보유합니다.
You are responsible for the content you create. We reserve a non-exclusive right to use your content for service operation and promotion.
3. 계정 정지 및 삭제 (Termination)
본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 운영에 지장을 주는 경우, 당사는 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
We may restrict or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these terms or disrupt service operations.
4. 면책 조항 및 보증 제한 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
본 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 서비스의 중단, 데이터 유실 또는 특정 목적에의 적합성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding interruptions, data loss, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. 분쟁 해결 및 준거법 (Governing Law)
본 약관과 관련된 모든 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 관할 법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다.
Any disputes related to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the competent jurisdiction.
